Las Vegas represented in the All Star game

     The Las Vegas Blackjacks got great news today. The league announced its list of All Star players. On that list we find two Blackjack players. First on the list is Power Forward,Daniel Herb. Herb the 26 year old 6'7" from Southern California has averaged 32.4 mins a game,10.3 point,4.8 rebounds and 1.4 steals a game. "He has been a very good player for our team. we count on him night after night and he doesn't let us down" Said team owner Michael Olson. Now in his third season with Vegas Herb was journeymen before coming to town. He spent three seasons in Boston and plus time  in three other OBWL teams and three OBDl teams.  He is averaging just .9 points less a game than his highest season  that was also in Vegas.

           The second player on the All Star list from Las Vegas is Nelson Jones. The 28 year old 6'2" Point Guard joined the Blackjacks this season. He has shown why they wanted to sign him. Nelson has not played a second season on any OBWL team he has signed with. "We know he is gonna be a good player for us and we plan to make that a long term plan for he and the team". Nelson is averaging 15.8 points a game,6.5 assists,2.6 takeaways and 4.2 rebounds a game. The Villanova graduate has spent time on seven other OBWL teams in his eight seasons. he also spent time with  two different OBDL teams. 

            "we are honored to have these two gentlemen represent us in the All Star game. I am sure they will bring great honor and joy to the Las Vegas Fans as we watch the game.
