The Las Vegas Blacks head into Tampa to redeem themselves from that disappointing beating by Boston. Vegas did pretty much nothing right in the Boston game. They looked to change that against Tampa. "I dont think any team this season played as bad as we did last night " Said team Owner Michael Olson. " I hate to throw the guys under the bus, But they know it. we had a meeting and went over everything. We all understand the frustration. but you can give up like we did against Boston. Today I feel is going to be much better"

The Blackjacks started off well with a 27-22 lead at the end of the first. The second quarter however didn't go as planned as they feel to 54-51 as Tampa looked to gain control of the game.  The third quarter went back and forth as both teams try'd to take control. by the buzzer at the end of the third Las Vegas had taken a slight 86-84 lead.

This was a close one that nobody could call. Again in the fourth it was back and forth. With 3:37 left in the game Chung Patton hit a three pointer from the far left to give Vegas the lead hit 107-105. From that moment on both teams ran the court with nobody scoring.  With 2:51 left in the game Howard Shows fouls Aubrey Delgado. giving Tampa a chance to tie the game. He hit his first shot. His second shot was no good and Las Vegas rebounded. The remaining 2:51 saw both team trying to take the lead. but the final buzzer rang with Vegas holding on for a 107-106 victory.

Blair Tolman lead Tampa with 20 points, while Vicente Bushey had 9 rebounds.  Las Vegas's Daniel Herb lead the team with 21 points and 10 rebounds. Nelson Jones added a team high 7 assists.
