Need Some Help

Hi guys,

I know I haven’t been on the forums or chat very much the past year or so. I apologize for being distant but I’ve been dealing with some very serious health issues. In April 2017, I was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease (kidney failure). Since then I have been doing dialysis and completing all the requirements for a kidney & pancreas transplant. On March 3rd, I got the call and received the transplant. Now I need some help making ends meet while I recover from the transplant.
